2024 Puerto Vallarta Registration

The Gender Cap is currently in play (see below) as we fill our last 10 spots per gender for each week. Women's spots are currently available. Men's spots are capped and additional Men will get in as additional women sign up. If you sign up and are accompanied by a Women (i.e. Couples) we have spots available. Either way, get a registration in. It costs nothing to register and we typically have openings as players drop, etc.
SOB PUERTO VALLARTA registration opens annually at noon, MST, on the SECOND TUESDAY OF MAY. Complete a registration and we will confirm your status within 21 days of registration opening, at which time deposits will be required to secure your spot. The 96 Puerto Vallarta spots (48 per gender) are filled first come, first served with 38 spots per gender reserved returning Puerto Vallarta Players until the 3rd Tuesday in May. The other 10 spots per gender will be filled with new players. In the event we have boy/girl disparity, we may cap a gender in an effort to keep numbers equal. The same registration form is used for both weeks and is only accepted on-line, one per person. If you want to attend both weeks or are traveling with a spouse, fill our two forms and we will use the earliest time stamp. If a trip is filled, sign up anyway and get on the waitlist. Occasionally, players drop and "waitlisters" will get "the call" if we have openings. This trip is all inclusive and includes one sunset boat cruise.

2025 Ixtapa Registration

SOB IXTAPA registration opens annually at noon, MST on the SECOND TUESDAY IN JULY. Complete a registration form and we will reach out with confirmation within 21 days of registration opening, at which time we will require a deposit to hold your spot . All 144 spots (71 plus 1 pro per gender) are filled on a first come, first served basis. This trip typically fills in the first 24 hours. Register, get on the list, and we will reach out to confirm your status within 21 days of registration opening. Registrations are only accepted on-line, one form per person. If you are traveling with a spouse or roommate, we will use the earlier time stamp for your registration. If the trip is filled, signup anyway and get on the waitlist. We usually have a few players drop and "waitlisters" will get "the call" and can then decide if they can attend.

2025 Cabo San Lucas Registration

Registration Update - the hotel in Cabo sold recently and we are trying very hard to get dates from them. The whole sales event staff has turned over. Hoping for dates very soon!!

Complete a registration and we will confirm your spot within 21 days of registration opening, at which time deposits will be required to secure your spot. The 64 Cabo Spots (32 per gender) are filled first come first served with 2/3 per gender reserved for returning Hacienda guests until the 3rd Tuesday in September. Registrations are only accepted on-line, one form per person. If you are traveling with a spouse or roommate, we will use the earlier time stamp for your registration. The 2024 Cabo San Lucas trip will be switching back to the Barcelo in San Jose del Cabo. If trip is filled, sign-up anyway and get on the waitlist. We usually have a few players drop and "waitlisters" will get the "the call" and can then decide if they can attend. This trip is all inclusive so the week will include hotel, food, beverage, airport transfers, tournaments, clinics, and a ton of fun.
